Non-material amendment to previously approved application 24/00285/VAR (Variation of conditions 2 and 14 of planning permission ref. 21/02938/FD4, to allow for replacement of approved apartment blocks B and C with 12 no. dwellings and associated alterations to layout, parking, landscaping and boundary treatments) to relocate some items of play equipment to the northern part of the site.
